Donate your gently used clothes
Earn up to $50 CAD in Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
COMPLETE THESE STEPS IN ORDER
1. Choose a charity from the list below.
2. Look through your closet for clothes that fit charity's needs/guidelines.
3. Write down the total number of items you are donating (you'll need this later).
4. Take one photo of the clothes before bagging them (first photo).
5. Place clothes into LARGE CLEAR plastic bags (recommended brand and size) and attach the COINS 4 CLOTHES logo (download here) on each bag with today's date. Bags should be no smaller than 90L. Using bags smaller than 90 L may impact amount of BCH received.
6.Take a photo of your clothes all bagged up (second photo).
7. Donate the clothes to the charity, ensuring you take photographs of yourself dropping the bags off at the charity site (third photo).
8. If you don't have a BCH wallet already, download and install the Bitcoin.com wallet by following our guide here.
9. Complete the submission form below.
10. Get paid in Bitcoin Cash (BCH)*
Note: You need 3 photo proofs when submitting your form:
photo before bagging clothes
photo after bagging them and taping Coins 4 Clothes logo/date
photo of you donating clothes at the charity site.
*We will reward you with $10 CAD in Bitcoin Cash (BCH) for every large clear plastic bag full of clothes, up to a maximum of $50 CAD (5 bags) per donation visit. You will also earn $5 CAD in BCH if you tweet about your donation experience (with photos or videos). Ensure you tag @Coins4Clothes and use the hashtags: #Coins4Clothes #BCH #BitcoinCash

Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre
Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre provides members of the community with a safe and accessible means of addressing poverty and food insecurity. The Emergency Food Basket program provides 2 to 3 days of emergency food to any Saskatoon resident in a 50km radius. The community kitchen provides individuals with the opportunity to cook healthy, nutritous meals, learn healthy eating and meal preparation skills, and participate in physical education breaks. The food bank also operates a community garden, which has produced over 110,000 lbs of produce for the community in 9 years of operation. The centre also partners with other community organizations to provide learning and development programs to assist individuals in building the foundational skills needed to live healthier, fuller lives.
The Food Bank also operates a Clothing Depot, which allows members of the community to pay a small nominal fee to 'shop' for gently used and new clothes donated by the community. You can support the work of the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre by donating your gently used clothes. Details below.

Donations can be dropped off to the Clothing Depot at 223 Ave. B South.
Monday to Thursday 9:00am-11:45am and 12:30pm-3:30pm

Crisis Nursery provides children with a home away from home when their family is experiencing a crisis situation. They offer play based programs, food, clothes, books, toys and outdoor activities to the children staying at the nursery. Crisis Nursery relies on donations of gently used clothes, toys and children's books for its programs.
Children's clothes age 0-12. Inner and outer wear including shoes. New toys and children's book are also accepted. Please ensure you are dropping off current-season clothing (i.e winter clothes during the winter) as out of season clothing may not be accepted due to storage constraints.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS SASKATOON
Dress for Success is a charity that provides women with professional work attire for job interviews and beginning careers.
This unique service offers referred clients a one-on-one appointment with a trained Image Consultant. Clients are assisted to select a professional wardrobe that fits well, suits their individual style, and gives them the confidence to make a good first impression on job interviews or when starting a new career.
Women's professional and work appropriate semi-formal and formal clothes including business casual, hospital scrubs, or other work related clothing. Suits, blazers, blouses, professional cardigans and sweaters, belts, professional shoes and heels, dress shirts, dresses, scarves, outer coats and spring jackets, unopened hosiery and hygiene products. Please ensure all clothes are dry cleaned/pressed/neatly folded and free of lint. Please ensure all clothing donated is current (no older than 3 years). Men's clothing or non-professional clothing will NOT be accepted.

Clothes may be dropped off at Connexus Credit Union at 2119 8 ST E, Saskatoon. Connexus Credit Union handles clothing drop offs on behalf of Dress for Success Saskatoon. Their hours are below:
